HOUSE BLESSING: FILLING YOUR HOME WITH LOVE ENERGY Our home isn’t just a lifeless structure designed to shelter us from the elements. Much like everything in the universe, homes have their own consciousness. They have a living spirit that’s nourished by its inhabitants. Our homes can be a sacred sanctuary, a power spot capable of healing and regenerating us. It can be a space for harmony and a landing place for you, your family and guests to raise their vibration and open their hearts. Our homes are mirrors of ourselves. The home serves as a foundation for who you are and how you show up in the world. If you have a family, they too are energetically rooted in the home space. One of my top priorities for myself and my family, is to create a safe, healthy, peaceful and loving environment for everyone to thrive in. We literally sit in the energy of our home. There’s no better place than to direct good energy, prayers or intentions than here. HERE ARE THREE WAY TO BLESS YOUR HOME WITH LOVE: RITUAL: COLOR US LOVING Color is one of the most beautiful aspects of the physical world. We are surrounded by various colors and deeply affected by its beauty and power. For centuries, sages and healers have used colors to heal people energetically and spiritually. Color and light are accessible to all of us. We can use the power of color by visualizing the color coming down from the sky and filling our home. Like a shower, cleansing and renewing our home, color is potent medicine. The color pink symbolizes the opening of the heart, unconditional love and harmony. I imagine pink light coming out of my heart or down from the sky and filling up all around me, then I let it fill up every room, outside the perimeter of my home and then to each member of my family. When I was single and lived in an apartment building, I’d fill up my unit, then extend it to every unit and neighbor in my complex. RITUAL: ASKING THE ANGELS I think women are immensely strong. We have the ability to do so much and can reach into the depths of our reserves to give even more- love, time and hard work. One thing we all need to do more of is to ask for support. I know it’s not easy to ask our family and friends for help but it is easy to ask a higher power.

Over time, I’ve built a deeply intimate and loving relationship with the Angels. They are my go -to for all things home and motherhood related. I call on them every day to clear my home, to fill it with love and to amplify the colors I’m radiating out into my home. My Invocations start with Gratitude: "My Angels, my friends, my loves THANK YOU. I ask you to fill my home with LOVE. Drench us in the highest love from below and above." RITUAL: CRYSTAL LOVE Using crystals in the home is one of the best investments for families. They transmit the love, peace and power of nature. I use them everywhere so they've become beautiful healing and decorative sacred tools in my home. There are many crystals to choose from but rose quartz is a great starter crystal for love. Rose Quartz Healing Properties: Rose Quartz is the stone of unconditional love. One of the most important stones for Heart Chakra work, Rose Quartz opens the heart to all types of love - love of self, love of family, love of friends, romantic love. Because it is a type of quartz, Rose Quartz does have a high energy, but its vibe is also calming and soothing. Although it’s known as a romance stone, it can foster a love affair with life, motherhood and marriage. My primary way to cleanse my crystals is to bury them. I have a crystal garden now but when I lived in an apartment, I’d bury them in a spot outside and put a leaf on it to find it the next morning. The Earth recharges crystals in a way that grounds the home. After an overnight burial, I hold the rose quartz to my heart, connect with it and ask it to radiate its natural properties rather than programming it to what I think it should do. I do this process with my crystals monthly. For the larger ones, I use sacred smoke (sage, sweetgrass and cinnamon). You can create harmony in your head, your heart and your home. Heaven on Earth can unfold wherever you dwell. Calling in the power of love is truly a key to creating a peaceful home.
